Our Mangrove honey has a unique and distinct flavor profile influenced by the nectar collected from the flowers in mangrove forests of Pontianak, West Kalimantan, Indonesia. It has a robust taste and carries earthy and woody notes. You might even detect mild hints of floral sweetness with a touch of saltiness.

Note: Our Mangrove Honey is relatively less viscous and would pair especially well with drinks as it requires minimum stirring or heating. If you prefer a thicker consistency, try storing the jar in the fridge for a thicker consistency.
